Refund policy
We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature.
However, If an item appears damaged or your order is incorrect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to correct the issue. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You do not need to return the coffee.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
