All coffee is roasted to order to provide you with the freshest, best-tasting product. This process takes 2-3 business days.

Each coffee order is typically batched, roasted, and shipped the same or next business day once it is processed to preserve flavor quality. 

Shipping generally takes 1-5 business days to arrive. You will receive a notification when your order has been sent out for delivery.

At times, we may experience a high volume of orders and shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

We can’t accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature.
